RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

In the odd case if you face any issues with our products, here is our policy on returns and exchange:

1.Products are eligible for return if you receive a defective product and can be returned within 48 hours of receiving them.

2. In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product at info@labelyati.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  
3. The YtitY team must receive and approve your return request.  Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed upon time. 

4. Once your return has been authorized, the amount will be refunded back through the same payment mode that you used to place the order, we will initiate the refund after we receive the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks.

5.We aim to process all exchange requests within one(1) week. If you have any questions about your return, feel free to reach out to our team at info@labelyati.com. 

EXCEPTION

Not all products are eligible for returns. Please make a note of the same while ordering through our website.
1. Any custom made purchases (garments stitched in user specified body measurements, specifications etc against the default options provided) are not eligible for returns, exchange or refund. We would request you to double check the measurements provided and review your order before placing the order and making the payment.
2. Products that are available on sale and special offers are not eligible for returns and exchanges.
3. Products that are spoiled, stained or torn while trying are not eligible for returns and exchanges.

Note : We request you not to try our products while you are wearing any perfume, lipstick, make-up or any such product that may transfer onto the garment.

DISCLAIMER

Defective Products
We at YtitY aim to provide a great quality product to our customers. The product before leaving our warehouse goes through an intensive process of quality check.
However, rarely if a product gets damaged while in transit can be exchanged or returned. Please read our returns and exchange policy to know more.

Colour Variation
We have shot each product in a way which enhances all its features such as the designs, colours, cuts etc to make it easier for the customer to make a firm decision before buying the products. A lot of efforts are put towards making the colour of the products accurate. However, at times the colour of the product varies if seen on different visual mediums. Please be assured that this in no way affects the quality of the product that we deliver.
